Vintage inspired Southern Wedding

By: Jessica Robinson

I love when we get to design in blank spaces.  Big, open and airy spaces that can be turned into what ever your little heart desires.  Which is one of the things that makes the spaces appealing to couples with different styles and tastes.  Barns are a huge trend right now.  Gosh, wouldn’t I have LOVED to have hosted my wedding in a barn in September or October here in New England.  Starting with a blank space, my creative mind starts to work overtime and sometimes needs to be slowed down and reined in by my husband.  I’m the creative one who can sometimes go overboard with my creative thoughts and he’s the one who has to build what I come up with.  I think you’re going to LOVE this vintage inspired Southern Wedding!

This wedding was at Vinewood Events in Newnan, Georgia in their renovated horse stables.  We strung up nine crystal chandeliers from The Funky Shack Art Studio and draped platinum color fabric from the ceiling and pooled to the floor.  Her flowers were romantic creamy and touches of green.  The wedding was filled with gorgeous mismatched vintage plates and lots of incredible details.  People are still talking about this wedding!
